Study design briefs
Conceptualize visuals
Create inspiring designs for social media, websites, brochures and brand
Prepare rough drafts of designs and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other digital assets
Work with the Head of Brand and the Content Team to produce high quality branded designs
Test graphics across various digital media (A/B, usability)
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Proven graphic design experience
A strong portfolio of executed projects or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML 5)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in design, Fine Arts or related field and Arabic is a plus

Demonstrated experience in creating digital campaigns.
Weekly reporting on performance.
PowerPoint and Excel Skills
Ability to interpret reports from online platforms such as Google, Facebook and Adobe, an advantage
