The Digital Marketing Manager will manage and implement marketing campaigns including campaign execution, monitoring and reporting for well-known brands.
Operational
Digital Experience

Extending campaigns into digital channels - owned and paid.

Working alongside the Customer Engagement digital marketing and platforms team to build and execute 'loyalty' campaigns.

Work alongside Enterprise Analytics to produce reports for campaign performance and member behaviour in digital touchpoints.

Engage with our media agency to brief and define paid media plans.

Social Media

​Experience with Facebook and Google advertising, plus the Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target & Adobe Analytics.
​
Industry Knowledge
-
Strong industry knowledge to support new channel expansion.
​
Relationship Management
-
Engage with creative and direct marketing agencies for the briefing, ideation and delivery of digital media assets.

Support 'platforms' team with content updates on client websites.

It is essential to have develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring cultural sensitivities are respected.

Digital Reporting

Analyse and prepare accurate digital campaign performance reports.

Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Ability to work closely with various teams and support delivering best in market loyalty campaigns.

Experience of running Digital Marketing campaigns
Diploma level as a minimum
Experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and knowledge of search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an advantage

Digital experience managing digital ad campaigns and reporting.

Ability to translate and communicate data into actionable items.

Excellent analytical and project management skills.

Strong relationship management skills with Internal and External stakeholders – is a must.

Ability to write copy is an advantage.

Liaising with media agency collating and delivering creative assets.

Weekly reporting on digital campaign performance.
